We are going to have an ALL TEAM meeting on Wednesday, May 17th at 5PM in the Lakeville North IMC. Items we are going to review include:

1. Recruiting new debaters
2. Travel for next season
3. Lettering
4. Summer camp
5. Reading group
6. Time management

To all debaters,

Sorry to confuse everyone about how to get the coupons for the Pahls
Market fundraiser. They are at the store now! The sale starts this
monday May 1 and runs through May 29th. Ask the cashier while
checking out to fill out the coupon for the debate team. Write in
your debaters name if you want the 15% proceed to be used only for
your debater - otherwise it goes into the general debate fund.

I would email this coupon to everyone, but to simplify things for the
cashiers, the store has color co-ordinated the coupons. Remember -
anyone can use these coupons, so if you know someone who is
landscaping, mention this fundraiser to them.

Please share this with your family, along with the previous Pahls Market email.

To all debaters:

Pahl's Market has agreed to help us raise money for the Lakeville
debate team. Pahl's Market will be donating 15% of all purchases that
use our coupons from May 1 through May 29. All you have to do is
mention the debate team to the cashier while checking out, or get a
coupon from Emily Julik. Put your students name on the coupon if you
want the money to be used by your student - or it will just go into a
general fund.

Pahls Market is a plant and garden supply nursery. You can buy
annuals, perenials, shrubs, trees, mulch and other gardening supplies.
They are located at 6685 160th St in Apple Valley. They are just
east of Galaxie Avenue on county road 46 (or 160th st). Their phone

Remember - Mothers Day is Sunday May14. This is an easy way for
students to score points with their mothers or grandmothers.

Debate Party at Christian's House

From Christian:

This is Christian, I am going to throw a party at my house, on Friday,
April 7th, 6:30-9:30! I will get us some Pizza, and pop, and probably
other food ( my mom loves this kind of thing). If you want to bring any other food to share, feel free to! This is in honor of my 15th
birthday, on April 9th, but don't feel like you have to bring a
present. We will probably play poker, and other fun things, so I'm
looking forward to it!
